Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our support team.
4. Event Replay Access
For events that include a recorded replay, registered attendees will have access to the replay recording for up to 30 days following the live event date. After this 30-day window, replay access will no longer be available.
Replay access is provided as a convenience for registered attendees. It does not replace attendance at the live event, and the Institute of Women’s Health makes no guarantee regarding the availability, quality, or completeness of replay recordings due to unforeseen technical circumstances.
5. Refund Policy
General Policy
We do not offer refunds after a live event has taken place. Once the event has occurred, attendees retain access to the event replay for up to 30 days, which serves as an alternative to live attendance.
Refund Exceptions
We understand that unexpected situations arise. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
- You are not satisfied with your purchase
- A personal or family emergency prevented you from attending and accessing the event content
To request a refund under these circumstances, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your name, order details, and reason for the request. We will review each request individually and respond in a timely manner.
Pre-Event Cancellations
If you need to cancel your registration before a live event has taken place, please contact us as soon as possible. Pre-event cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Event Cancellations by Institute of Women’s Health
In the unlikely event that we must cancel or significantly reschedule an event, registered attendees will be notified via email and offered a full refund or credit toward a future event.
